Sore Diaphragm?

It seems that after a long days diving (or three!) my diaphragm or something seems to get a little sore. The pain is near the solar plexus area and is sometimes just under the lower ribs. But only on one side or the other...Or in the middle like it is today. I can only feel it when I put pressure there or lay down with my front side (chest and belly) facing down.

After a day or two it seems to dissipate or go away. Do you think this is lung squeeze? Or am I just sore from holding my breath all day long? I usually only go down a max of about 30 feet lately. I would'nt think that would cause any lung squeeze.

Does anyone else get this? I freedive/spear sometimes 4 days a week!!! And up to 9 hours at a time... With a few short breaks of course...Besides my breath-ups.

I don't want to go to the doctor about it...The pain is bearable and does go away after a day or two. Thanks for any replies.
