I could be all off, but my first thought was buoyancy & weight, are you weighted optimally for your usual depth? You may be using some muscles that you probably rarely use on land, and you're using them a lot. That it moves around might show that you alternate muscles based on soreness.

How long have you been diving 4 days a week, 5-9 hrs a day? If a long time, then my statement is probably not right.
