I WILL get a better weight belt one of these days and some decent weights. I do like the Idea of a vest though...Maybe for MY birthday
as my back does get pretty sore some days.
By next fall I should be set with all of the GOOD stuff...Right now I'm trying to lose about 30 more pounds (of fat)...I don't want to get my "open cell" until then...Then the cost of it - and it's fit will motivate me to even more to keep in shape!
Maybe my back wont hurt as much then either!
