So tell me, why can buddy fish from a boat and I can't pick out a few UW?
BTW, the on the 20th, Chris Manore (from BC Ocean and Fisheries) and local representatives and reps from other provinces are meeting in Vancouver to discuss BC's recreational fishing regulations. Call and give him some feedback! (& nevermind my mask! :P )
