Hey I have a question about the riffe c3.Have any of you guys had trouble with this gun is it a good gun. I am thinking of buying this gun and am just wanting some advice from someone who has had some expirence with this gun. Or would something like a rob allen be ''better''. I dive in south pacific clear water with nice size 5-30 lbs fish

a Riffe gun of that size is a step forward in the quality and performance departments, it is a great gun and you are very close now from the top end market guns that includes all the custom spearguns like the alexander's, kitto's, merlos, and to top them all the Wong guns. Riffe of that size is by far the best ( semi mass production) gun that you can have. The bigger guns have issues of ballasting due to the lack of mass via wood, that it could be corrected with a full wing kit and so, and maybe a lighter shaft band correlation. Not such problems with the lighter and smaller C3.
