Hi Baka,
There are not many barrels with a thin aluminum 1 1/2 OD and it sounds like it may be a JBL or an old Canon.
Is there no other markings that will identify this exact gun as spares are available.

If the barrel on your Voit, JBL, Canon Arbelate or whatever has rotted, you'll need to take a really good look at the condition of the the trigger and other components. Most often the barrels will rot at the fasteners due to electrolysis but a religious rinsing and drying will keep them going for years.

Take a good look at your gun's overall condition and be prepared to chuck it for a new one. And take care of it.

The gun turned out to an old aqua-craft. I had a machine shop do some modifying work and got the gun to work again. It ll only be used till i can get a new better one.
