I broke the barrel on my speargun while trying to clean it.
the barrel is very thin aluminum that is 1 1/2 inches in outside diameter. Does anybody have recomendation where i can purchase a new barrel?Thanks for any info |

Hi Baka,
There are not many barrels with a thin aluminum 1 1/2 OD and it sounds like it may be a JBL or an old Canon. Is there no other markings that will identify this exact gun as spares are available. Regards, Mike Damms Florida Freedivers |

If the barrel on your Voit, JBL, Canon Arbelate or whatever has rotted, you'll need to take a really good look at the condition of the the trigger and other components. Most often the barrels will rot at the fasteners due to electrolysis but a religious rinsing and drying will keep them going for years.
Take a good look at your gun's overall condition and be prepared to chuck it for a new one. And take care of it.
