Here the secret when buying goggles you want to press the eye piece onto your eyes. They should create a suction affect and hold to your eye sockets. If they don't hold for say around five seconds they don't fit your face. Also about how tight you want your goggles. You want them tight enough that if you are diving they won't come off or fill with any water. Since you are most likely just doing dynamics they can be rather loss since know you have gotten goggles that fit your face. You don't want a mark on your face after you take them off.

Re: Goggles

Some tips:
  • - for recreational freediving, don't use goggles but rather a mask
  • - choose a mask that sits well on your face
  • - keep your cheeks and lips relaxed, do no make grimaces under water
  • - spit out the snorkel when immersing
  • - do not strap the mask firmly; on the surface it should sit on your face with a relatively light touch; in depth the pressure will push and seal it better, and you'll profit from better compressibility for auto-compensation of the mask
  • - compensate the mask in depth - when clearing your ears, you should then release your nose and blow some air into the mask
  • - shave your barb
  • - remove hair from under the mask
  • - if diving with a hooded wetsuit, make sure the hood is not squeezed under the mask
  • - check the mask for leaks
  • - if it still leaks, buy a better one
