Hi. i live in north Sweden and 3/4 of the year the water is too cold to dive in so i wonder if diving to 4m will help me at all? Or i rather just train dynamic and some breathholding stuff?

You can do some simulations in a 4m pool by diving with varying amounts of air in Your lungs, all the way down to completely emptied lungs. But make sure Your buddy knows well what You're doing and keeps a close eye on You meanwhile.
You can also vary the amount of air in Your mouth to simulate later stages of the mouthfill/Frenzel technique.

Hi and Welcome Jonta. A 4m deep pool is an excellent place to improve your comfort in the water, and as Sanso says, with proper training and technique and a good buddy you can simulate equalization scenarios of 50M depth!
Although I do hate pools myself, I must say that my ocean diving is always better in the months I regularly pool train, and I like the camaraderie of the club that I am in. Try to get together with a bunch of buddies to train. Maybe there is already a club nearby. Ask at local pools or do a web search. Good luck
