Question what sort of training when how ?

hi just need advice
every one iv e spoken to has been helpful so far but now im sitting waiting for my next course .

i started training at gym last week so, briefly glancing at the manual of freediving i decided on some pool training (all supervised of course)
i ve been doing 10 x 25 with minute rests and then 10 x 50s with 1.30 rests thing is i feel comfortable doing this and was wondering ,what next what else can i do
plz advise
