I used to dive the breakwaters near Tamarack and the power plant. Had some decent fish and if you hit the kelp beds near Swamis, you can find even bigger/better fish.

Thanks calicohunter, is marine street where the beach is with the big hut with the palm branch roof is? How are the breakers there?

no thats windandsea its good there too but you have to go out farther. Marine Street is north about 1/4 to 1/2. It is a shore break and it has public acces to it. It is right in front of stairs
