Spear Fishing in Northern Mexico & Baja

I am looking for locations with good spear fishing on the west coast of northern mainland Mexico and the east coast of Baja. I have been to the Guaymas/San Carlos area approximately four times. Does anyone have info about the beaches and spear fishing along the coastal road between Cabo Lobos and Bahia Kino?

How about areas on the east coast of Baja along highway 5?

Any info appreciated.
