Scuba of breath hold?

Relax, scan, enjoy the dives and have fun. Record fish are cool, but be sure to have fun. That's what it's about. For me, it seems like the harder I try, the harder it gets. Slow movements when stalking.

Go to the "help stalking fish" thread under hunting. It has some excellent points from very experienced hunters. Good luck & stay safe. Chef Al

Where are you going, what sort of diver are you, will you be off a boat or shore, what are the targeted prey, what's your gear.... ?

Main thing is to relax and enjoy the process. Getting the fish is great, but it's all good if you let it happen naturally. Fish are different and act differently depending on lots of different circumstances, like area/terrain/tides/time of day. Have fun!

Double and triple check that you have all your gear! And I like to have a backup on some of the crucial things (like a mask and a weight belt).

When looking for fish, move slow of course. And if your like me, you get excited when you see a fish, but you have to train yourself to move your gun VERY SLOWLY when you see a fish, and begin to track it. If you send them one quick movement/bad vibe, they are going to be gone before you can even think about aiming.

HAVE FUN!
