Stiffness: C4 compared to Nemo

I have an experience with Waterway Nemo, stiffness 5 (max).
Is there anyone who had had the opportunity to try these fins as well as C4's (flaps or falcons). I presume that the Nemo is somewhere between the 30s and 40s, or maybe equal to 40s, but that's only an assumption as I had never tried C4.
