Waterway fins sizing

I'm looking to get some Captain Nemo Power fins but I am confused as to what size to get. I'm a size 10.5 or 11 foot (USA) and a 44/46 in an Omer footpocket. What size Waterway fins would fit me?
Any help is appreciated
