Pastors Privates viii

Monchan some things are worth keeping at, go for it, without spearfishing I don't think I would have come through the last few years as sane as I have. I find the time I'm in the water I can forget all the crap that's going on around me for that short time. The last few years have been a roller coaster ride emotionally ( I started out wanting to write about something else but now I'm off I'll try to come back to it later). With leaving my last job a few years ago in a mid life crisis sort of way to go to university and all the stresses that brings, then loosing my friends in a car accident, followed by more university stress and writing my thesis in a total tantrum it has been somewhat of a downward slide. So when I go hunting I find myself locked in this permanent state of concentration, hours can go past without me noticing them, rarely thinking of anything other than what I am doing. Maybe to some that seems a little OTT but for me it's like someone reaches out to me and tells me that life is worth living after all and the world is good again. So yeah, if it means that much to you go for it but don't upset the wife eh

Just ending that last paragraph reminded me of what it is I hate about deeperblue! This:

Who the hell chose that as a wink smiley? I find it the most annoying thing in the world, just look at it! Smug little ***** can't we have an "all right mate!" wink smiley as well? Well that's testament to the boredom I'm suffering at the moment God help me! On the bright side the weather and tides look good for the weekend so should get out again with luck.

Training is going well, currently on an hour a day CV plus an hour on alternate days swinging the weights around. Trouble is that my wife like to do the CV work at the same time as me but I want to do it during the day when she is at work. so I'm feeling restless during the day and often seem to end up doing 2 sessions per day using the second as a low intensity fat burner, there is enough at the moment to qualify as one of samdive's fabled scuba divers.

Well I have forgotten what it was I wanted to jot down Maybe next time then
