Okay, at last I have somewhere to put my training efforts.
PBs first:
STA: 4:10 at the AIDA *** this summer
DYN: 75m at the AIDA **** this summer
CWT: 32 at the AIDA **** this summer
CNF: 13 playing around at the AIDA **** this summer
FIM: 29 trying out the discipline at the AIDA **** this summer
Now I'd just have to keep using this so I can see how things evolved.
