i NEED to go diving. im in oregon and wanted to know if there were any good places to go spearfishing and how the conditions are. and if there is anyone in portland that would go. i dont have a car but a friend does. so please hit me back on this if anyone knows any info or anyone they could direct me to. thanks.

Hi,
I usually go in the Tillamook bay. Check out pictures here: www.chatre.org/spearfishing Perches and Greenlings are common there.

It's a 6mm generic diving. I can get by 3 hours each dive in it.

what is up fellow oregon divers. Apana I feel you, being away from Hawaii, I too wish I could go diving in Oregon. Look on the bright side though, christmas break is coming up pretty soon and then it will be warm waters and big ulua(hopefully).
