Need Info on St. Barthelemy Spearfishing

Hello Friends,
I am looking for a contact in St. Barthelemy's. I want to do some hunting and do not know who to speak to or where to go. I know a lot of the island is protected. Can anyone advise??? I would charter if it was with the right person. Thanks.
