6) Most unnecessarily aggressive replies to a thread award

By no means is my humor intended to cast a shadow of doubt on the integrity of these awards.

Many, many of DeeperBlue.net's good souls put forth zealous efforts to help better those around them, and for nothing more than knowing they are helping those which share the common social thread of diving.

Our recognitition of those who give greatly, and a few spoils to boot, are only appropriate for them.

I am not sure how well this will translate to those of us who reside outside of the U.S.A., but here in the states we like to say ............................ ROCK THE VOTE!!!

.................I feel that we should acknowledge the person who has been actively part of the forum from the beginning in 1996 and for the most number of years.

The "Longest Member Award" would be a larger than usual wall plaque of honorable distinction that most forum participants would be proud to have hanging.

I am sure the award would be bestowed only upon someone who's years have been in our community a length of no less than 8 and most likely a full 9.
