mr. carbon muzzle switch?

not trying to mess with perfection (cause mr. carbon is perfect-what an insane gun) but just wondering if it is possible to change the muzzle (the metal end that is slipped on the end for the band attachment) I have one with a closed muzzle and can't use shark tabs on my shafts-I've had a lot of grooved shafts bend and break at this point. Is it possible to shift over to the open muzzle and even attach the 4 band muzzle to the gun. Just curious-definitely don't want to mess with it too much. thanks, david (i've taken tuna, big GTs, big Grouper, tengirri etc. with this gun-it is so unreal thank you C4!!)

Re: mr. carbon muzzle switch?

I don't think so mate. I think the muzzle if put inplace before the carbon is cured and looking at the one on my Monosocca there is no way its coming off.

I wonder if you could saw of the top bridge of the closed muzzle, but I think that may make it too weak.

Didn't realise you had a C4 Magpie. Got any pics you'd care to share?

Re: mr. carbon muzzle switch?

Hi guys,

I do not suggest you to change the muzzle.

We usually do not that, because beeing a monoscocca piece, changing it, you can unintentionally make holes or broken it.
