Left hand Pathos Laser grip?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if Pathos make a left handed grip to fit onto the new handles that come with their "Laser" models?

http://store.spearfish.org/images/pr..._open_pro1.jpg

The design looks like the grip assembly slides on to the tang of the handle and is retained with a pin.

Would be great not to have to go down the custom route of making one.

Hoping someone can help.

Regards

James

Not that I could find. I ended up breaking out the tools and carved one out of wood to fit the tang. It took about an hour and a half with basic hand tools and a cheap jigsaw & drill.

Re: Left hand Pathos Laser grip?

Thanks.

I was half interested in doing the same thing but wanted to check out off the shelf options.

Since you've had the handle off, how strong is the handle tang? (ie does your float line attach to the base of the handle or to the end of the butt pad)?

The reason I ask is because I've lost guns before when the handle has broken off due to the line being attached to the base of the handle.

Re: Left hand Pathos Laser grip?

I wouldn't trust it for big fish. I'm attaching straight to the butt pad
