 Hey, this may not be an exotic location, but I have now been training for three weeks at the National Sports Centre in Crystal Palace, South East London.The pool is 50 metres and goes to a depth of 2.5 metres. Perfect place to train week in week out when you live in the big bad city. The training time is Wednesday from 9pm to 10pm. The cost is 4 pounds. Let me know if you are up for joining a club with ambition!! At presesnt I have too few people to keep the club open as I have paid in advance and need numbers to relieve my financial burden, so please come along as it is possibly the best dynamic training you can get in the UK!!
