Hi there!
I'm new to Freediving. I've been reading posts on this forum and experimenting and learning different methods and techniques myself the last couple of months. I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I don't know of anyone who freedives here or even sees this as a sane thing to do, so it would be great if there's anyone around here that I could hook up with to train or even communicate with to learn and stay motivated. The last P.B of my static which I did in a pool was 5:00 to my surprise. That was about a week ago. B4 that attempt, my P.B was around 3:45. So hope to hear from someone.
