3 Sheepies fall to the darkside....

many people don't like little pneumatic guns.... but when you're diving in 6m of water with 80cm viz, in 2kt current, they work quite well! was a good day, and a good dinner, except for the manatee, who's nose I mistaken for a rock and grabbed hold of. oops

Awesome job, except the nose grab. LOL

How are those guys to hunt, anything special about them? How do they taste?

Re: 3 Sheepies fall to the darkside....

Those look alot, actually exactly the same as our Zebra fish or wildeperd...
If they are then that is actually quite a catch as once they see you theyre gone never to be seen again especially the bigger ones theyre a very clever fish and quite a fighter when caught on a line.
Nice catch there mate, I got spotted before I spotted it the other day by a almost 2kg one, when they get that big they start to develop like a bump on their foreheads and appear almost white in the water.

Great catch their mate.
The fish aren’t totally dissimilar to our Black Bream and if they taste as good I bet it was a first class feed.
