Freediving bag. Need one for my long fins and equipment

I have some Cressi 2000HF's and I am having a hard time finding a bag to fit them in. I need to keep my mask, snorkel, knife, weights, socks, and fins in there as well.

Are there any low priced bags that would fit my needs? Most places dont have a bag for these long fins.

I'd say the perfect bag for you--one which I personally just bought for my Cressi 3000LD's--is the Cressi apnea team bag. It will fit your fins and whatever gear you might have. It's huge, I fit in it. The quality of the cordura and zippers is phenomenal, the zippers are massive YKK brand, and the bag is also quite stylish. The price is $60 bucks, but well worth if it you ask me. heres a linky for you.

Cressi-Sub Apnea Team Duffel Bag from LeisurePro.com

Good luck with your purchase!

Hmmmmmm, .............where could you get an ultra high quality freediving bag to hold longblades at a great price, with great customer service, and close to Miami???

Hint: Beuchat Antilles [Antilles] - $59.98 : The Spearfishing Store

If I can think of somewhere I will let you know!

Re: Freediving bag. Need one for my long fins and equipment

I agree! I am totally impressed with the quallity of Beuchat bags, and the Antilles Dry Bag (the dry version of the bag I referenced above) is one of my favorites.

I do have plenty of Imersion mesh bags if needed. The Beuchat Antilles doesn't have any mesh on it, and most dive gear transport bags don't. One shouldn't let gear dry in a bag, instead use the bag to keep damp gear from dripping or leaking in your car's trunk. The top of the bag can always be left unzipped or open to assist in evaporation.

Yeah - that's the one I have - totally bomb-proof, with a water draining plug for good measure.

There is no freediving equipment bag like the Ralf Tech Apnea Evolution or its cheaper brother Apnea Classic. They have a separate padded fin department for long blade fins. Indestructible. 10 years warranty.

Re: Freediving bag. Need one for my long fins and equipment

I brought a cressi gorilla bag (think thats the name over here) its a single compartment waterproof bag with drain plug. Brought it mainly as it was the only one I actually found locally that I could fit my fins (millenium ice) in. However it lasted a grand total of about 3 dive trips, the glued seams along the top all gave way. Really quite annoyed as it was not cheap. The shop I got it from has closed down, should probably email cressi to complain actually. Like most of my dead gear its now in the back of the garage forgotten about. I do have a Omer fin bag which is great but would love a bag I can put all my gear in as the box in the boot thing is a pain. Judging by the prices quoted above I got ripped off £80 for the bag.. urrrggghhhh.
