I already freedive spearfish for 3-5 hours one day out of the week and I lift weights 3 days a week. I've thought about starting to do some apnea walking again. How much apnea walking should I do to get a good result without over-training?

I don't think anyone can tell You that. You should just try it out and closely watch Your body's responses. That way You'll get a feel for it.

Everybody is different, but doing 3 apnea walks pushed to the maximum in the morning works for me.
I guess you have to try for yourself and check that you donīt feel too tired. Do not forget that you should take days off , maybe do it for 3 days and take a day of rest. You should also take a week of rest after 3 weeks of training. If you donīt wear a crash Helmet i would recommend you to do your apnea walks with FRC (passive exhale) ,as full-lungs apnea-walks can make you faint quite easily. |

I've looked around and I've seen where people say to do the tables or do the apnea walks onlt 2 or 3 times a week. Why is it you should only do them only twice?
