carp spearing under ice

Anyone have experience doing this? I am an experienced ice diver and an experienced saltwater Spearo. Was wondering if anybody knew where to find them in the winter under the ice?

Re: carp spearing under ice

I'm not sure it's legal to cut a hole in the ice and get carp. The boys up in WI have good luck finding the carp near cooling outlets. When we went to the outlet in Madison a few weeks ago, the ones away from the outlet we sitting in the grass, just like any other day of hunting.

Good Luck.
