I've ordered from Subprof twice. No problems so far. I want to order a few small stuff this time around but it seems that their Shipping Estimator is not working.
Talking about DHL, I am very dissapointed with them. I had a package expected to be delivered to me 5th of May but each time it reach Manila they mis-sorted it and sent it back to their U.S. gateways . Two of the boxes is expected to be delivered only today but there is still one box that just left their San Francisco gateway. These boxes upon reaching the Philippines were sent back to their New York gateway then back to the Philippines again. Then again sent to DHL Ohio then back to San Francisco Gateway then back to DHL Ohio then again to San Francisco. . Because of this, we had to cancel our spearfishing trip. We had some spearfishing gear in those boxes that we need for the trip.

Well blow me down... I had a mail from subprof on Tuesday to say my order has been dispatched (without the out of stock item) & it has arrived today!!!
![]() That is two days from Spain to the Channel Islands & guess who delivered the order .... DHL! However there is no spear in the package but I think that might come separately?

i ordered from subprof, on tuesday evening, and it arrived this evening, with DHL, so that's about 48 hours from spain to Ireland.
at the same time on tuesday evening, i ordered a wetsuit from an american triathlon site. i received that this morning FEDEX. i was amazed! fedex transatlantic are faster than DHL within europe!

I have the same problem.
I made an order 2 months ago. In the beginning of April I got a decent answer that the wetsuit I have purchased has sold out in factory (Omersub's Cayman 5 mm). They told me I can wait a while or get refunded. I decided to wait. Now I have asked of the situation 2 times by email and haven't got any answer. Maybe they are too busy to answer emails? I have ordered once before and didn't encounter any problems. Now I'm a bit worried because I would like to have my money refunded (over 300 euro). Adrian, I would appreciate If you could help me too... |
