Prohibiting the import of sharks from countries which practice shark finning is probably the best part of the proposed legislation. However with all the problems the US has been having with products from China (children's toys painted with toxic lead paint and dangerous narcotics accidentally substituted for glue...in case any of you haven't heart about this) it may be better to just prohibit all items shipped in from there.
