Project Supers,Welders, Skilled Tradesmen and a couple of storemen

Over is West Australia things are booming and we dont have enough skilled labour to service the Industry.

We are crying out for Project Supers, SKILLED LABOURERS if you can weld you will get big bucks, sparkies, plumbers, riggers etc

I need a couple of storemen, i have advertised for 3 weeks and had 10 applicants and most of them crap, all the goods workers are going up north West Aust on the mine sites and earning 60,000 - 80, 000 Aus ( and 1/3 for USD ) a year for being trades assistants.

If you want to live in sunny Perth where you can shoot Spanish Macks 30mins from home drop me a line,

My wife runs a Professional Job Recruitment agency, she has positions on hand and no one to fill them.

Hi Crusty
If you don`t mind Uk nationals at the top of their respective trades and really have the real deal on offer try advertising online in Aberdeen Scotland
Try the "Press and Journal" recruitment section.
Saying that things are really busy here too at the moment with the price of oil.
Busy enough to go for a 50% pay rise for certain trades!!!!!

Good luck.
Jim

I've been looking for an opportunity like this for some time now, check your pms. I'm 26, single and have some welding skills. I guess I would need to fill out a skills form of some sort. My welding experience is mainly tig on aluminum and steel and mig on steel and aluminum. I have a passport, would just need to save for a ticket?

Thanks

Jungletu

Your best bet is to contact the Australian Imergration Dept, the rules change from what country you are coming from and how long you want to stay etc

Its worth a look, one of my local Engineering companys just brought in 6 welders for South Africa, at a great deal of expence.

Keep an ear open for Electrician vacancies crusty, I have British passport, but if you know a firm willing to sponsor etc. I could definately handle some time in Perth or the north west coast of Oz.

I'll contact you next week when I'm downunder.

Cheers. Golfinho.

Crusty,
Greetings fron the Texas Coast.
Thanks. Sounds like good advice, and the right place to begin. The license is for the maritime industry, which I believe is strong there in Perth. I am sorry I am not that good of welder.

Re: Project Supers,Welders, Skilled Tradesmen and a couple of storemen

Please send me more info on this. I have contractors license in three states here already, have done marine construction and just about everything else. Currently run heavy machinery and also do all the books and project managing on a private estate that has 60 acres. Deal with architects and engineers on regular basis along with surveyors. I need a change of pace and Aus. sounds good. Highly motivated as well.
Send me more info on this.
Eric
