I am looking for a couple to run the nztramp dive (Paihia) resort from Oct/Nov 07 onwards....
Please note you must have or be able to obtain a work visa (we cannot help you on this) or have residency. You can apply for residency under the business investment category if you have enough cash.
Ideally I want someone who wants to run their own dive/tourism business and is willing to take over this franchise business from me after a short trial/orientation period of say a few weeks. It has been running for 4 years successfully and has a dive boat that can take up to 10 divers, plus mobile sales and other assets.
You will need some capital (NZ$50k) (~GB£20k) up-front as a deposit on the business, the remainder can be paid after successful completion of the orientation/trial period. 50% Finance can be arranged if you are short of the total required (~ NZ$130k). You will receive all the income from the business (around $10k/month) after the trial period. The business has been growing each year at the rate of around 25% and operates from Nov to April. You can also buy (for NZ$20k) and run another business which operates 12 months of the year called travellers discount card which can net you around $2k+ per week in net profit before tax.
