Fishing the İzmir

I have a 15 day of holiday,during these days here are a few fish caught by me.
I must give an answer to GIB team but you know they became a legend on spearfishing community,because of this these fishes cannot be a revenge for them .

Salt, dentex, oven, and Turkish raki. Cover with 1 kgs salt, put into the oven, 40 min/150C, it is ready. Get an harmer and start. i always lock the kitchen room and also my handy, too.(Joke), There is no fish has the same taste.

Very good recipe Sedate thanks.This last one is 4 kg.I will do it just as you described,this recipe called tuzlama in Turkish means to make salty.

Thank you very much guys. After working one week I start for a holiday that will be one week ,this afternoon i could not shoot a dentex,hope to catch the other days.
Amphibious I couldn't solve the Mumtaz thing?I am afraid Shane is right .
