Daan and I are riding with Carl to go freediving next sunday in 'het blauwe meer' (The Blue lake) very near to your location, North of Tilburg, just 10KM away:

My estimation is that we will be there arround 11:30-11:45, 50m to the left of the beach left of the entrance and the restaurant. Apparently there is an entrance fee involved.
The lakes are supposed to be pretty clear and at least 20 - 25m deep. I'll bring a bouy and 20m line. The temperture will be about 18-20c at the surface and close to 12c at depth. So I'll recomment a 5 mm suit and a swimming cap to keep the head extra warm for good equalisation.
