    LOL, This summer is so full . . . We leave for Europe next week. Mid August I head to the Arctic and then I gotta go back to work. Any diving I do this year will be off the beach. I was hoping to get there earlier but with this head . . .

    All those northern guys who think walleye is the best fish to eat there is really need to try wsb. Go do an archive search for my recipe Phish Philidelphia. With wsb? Wow!

    I really do know about that problem, San Antonio is one of the worst allergen areas in the nation. Do you have an infection? Man I'm yearning to taste White Sea Bass. Are you going to organize a lake outing this year? Check out a video that I have on the 'Beach Bar' One of my million dollar babies sang with Janis Joplin's original band "Big Brother and the Holding Co."

    Hey Sling,
    I wish my sinuses would clear up enough to get into the water. The Neptunes have been bringing in one giant white sea bass after another and I can't even do more that surface shoot. Not to mention that lobster will open in October . . .

    Sarge: Served the Mango Mahi Tango to huge crowd at Aransas Pass Texas Shrimp-o-ree. Great hit! Yes the latex allergy would preclude those fruits but sub in anything sweet like the peaches or even pears (but they're grainy). I prefer the smoothness. Chef Al
