Take the fresh Redfish and fillet it. Leave skin and scales on.
Put the fish on the grill skin side to the fire. Salt, Pepper, and squeeze a lemon on the flesh side. After about 10 minutes you are done. The instructions are very basic because this recipe is very easy, but really good. |
