I`ve read some threads now but can`t find the answer to my question.
I like doing dynamic without suit, but I get cold pretty quick. The thing I`ve been doing the last times I`ve made PB is this: I sit on the edge of the pool with only my feet in the water and relax. I have a big towel around me to keep warm. I breath up and hold my breath. Then I only have 15 sek of packing left. I use that time to put my noseclip on and jump in the pool and just start swimming right away.
So the question is if there is some reason not to do this. Are there any benefits of breathing up while you`re submerged? Anyway this seem to work fine for me.
