Lightbulb Weekly Live Chat

It seems that the live chat feature is severely under-utilized. I think a great way to get people in and using the room is to promote some kind of weekly live chat time or a weekly discussion. I don't know how hard it would be to gather material for a structured discussion but I feel like even a more informal discussion time would be very popular... Perhaps evolving to something along the lines of periodical live guest Q&A sessions.

From the monaco competition chat it seems to me that if you can cram enough people in the chat room it'll be vivid even without an official topic. Problem is different time zones and initiative.
