i noticed that it's to easy for a thread to be best rated
i am administrator on a romanian forum and i'm used like there ...
there...for a thread to be best rated, it-s necessary at least 5 votes....for the stars to apear
i wonder if is not wise to do the same here...
somehow it is not normal for a thread to be best rated with only one vote
