No Reputation?

Seems that the Rep-giving system is a bit dodgy. I tried to give an "Atta-boy" to someone in the Beach Bar General Forum that I had never given one to and got the "You have to spread it around first" message.

I've logged in as several test users and they all can give Reputation. Try giving me and "swhelan" user reputation to see if that works.

Seems to be OK for everyone BUT Old Sarge.... Maybe I DID give him a warm and fuzzy but that would have been MANY moons ago.... Na ja.... It works AFAIK.....

Sorry, you'll have to settle for a little Rep... Money is scarce around these parts after kitting up for our dive holiday last year....
