Order not recieved

Help! I wonder if anybody can help as i ordered the manual of freediving by pelizarri/touaglieri on the 10th july and i have not seen it yet.I have sent several e-mails to the orders e-mail address given with my order confirmation but had no reply yet.Can anybody enlighten me.

Did you pay with a credit card? Contact the credit card company and get a refund then order from DB

Payed with normal debit card and ordered from link on front of deeperblue web site.

We have emailed you several times on the status of your order. None of the emails got bounced back so I can only assume you have a Spam Email filter that is stopping our emails from getting through.

You should have recieved your order by now - it was dispatched to our local post office on 12th July, I will check with them to see if they have details of the delivery.

enjoy it!! i got mine and its truly fantastic, very informative and has some great tips for skills and techniques.
