Need help to unsubscribe

My brother, user name-Derek Foxen, is having terrible problems using this site. Every time he clicks on anything he then needs to sign on again! Obversly we have tryed every thing to stop this happening but now think the best way is to unsubscribe & try again. My question is how is it possible to cancel his membership so he can rejoin?

Most likely his browser is set to refuse cookies. Or he uses a personal firewall software blocking the cookies. Tell him to verify the settings.
